Amsterdam, Netherlands, September 13, 2024 – Montage LZ Technologies, as one of global leading fabless providers for analog and mixed-signal semiconductor IC, is partnering with Tolka Telecommunications to develop an affordable ATSC3.0 set-top box solution with a wide range of new applications.

The ATSC3.0 solution will be built for Montage LZ’s new generation set-top box chip, Symphony6, and it will enable the production of high performance, cost effective ATSC3.0 Linux set-top boxes. With the Linux operating system, Montage LZ is able to achieve a compact flash and DDR memory configuration while still providing the flexibility to support interactive applications for ATSC3.0, HbbTV, and Ginga.
